The Youth Concert Series presents previews of classical and orchestral music to prepare Elementary School students for a special visit to the Long Beach Symphony.

"EXPLORING NEW WORLDS" was the most recent Long Beach Symphony program produced by the Office of Multimedia Services. It included the theme to the film STAR WARS composed by John Williams, but due to copyright restrictions footage from the movie was not used. Instead a fully computer animated adaptation of the famous Deathstar sequence was created by Robert Floto of Hunger Productions.
