Barry Porter studied music at UCLA before becoming the writer of numerous screenplays, as well as the published author of the novels, DARK SOULS, and JUNKYARD. He has pitched for STAR TREK (along with Robert Floto) at the request of Paramount Television, and now serves as the producer of DEADLY CONTACT, where he also composed the film's suspenseful music score.
